Garage Fee: 5 EUR per day. Stays over 14 Days are free of charge.

The apartment features modern grey furniture, a smart TV, and fast internet. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drinks, with a table and two comfortable sofas. And with a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and ironing board, you'll have everything you need to make yourself at home. For those who need parking, we offer paid garage parking, and there is also free parking available on the street if you can find a spot.

Available to guests

Guests will have access to the entire studio apartment during their stay. The apartment is located in a building with a 24/7 front desk, where guests can receive assistance with tasks such as calling a taxi or organizing tours. The building has three fast elevators and two entrances, one of which is located on the Main Street, with a park in front, and the other is located on the river street.

Please note that the apartment is completely self-contained, and guests are responsible for their own housekeeping and maintenance during their stay. We provide fresh linens and towels upon arrival, and additional linens and towels are available upon request for longer stays.
