The space

Our two bedroom apartment is the epitome of luxury living. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and plenty of closet space. The smaller bedroom is perfect for a single guest or child, with a 120x200 bed and a cozy atmosphere. The living room is spacious and inviting, with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, making it easy to whip up a delicious meal. But the real highlight of the apartment is the large terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks with a view. And with a basement parking spot included in the price, you won't have to worry about finding a place to park your car.

Guest access

Guest can use all parks, kids parks, open playgrounds for free in whole Belgrade Waterfront district.

Our apartment is located in a central area of the city, close to some of the best attractions and amenities that the city has to offer. Just a short walk away is a popular shopping center, where you can find everything from designer clothing to local souvenirs. And if you're looking for a taste of the local cuisine, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area to choose from. For those who love the outdoors, there are several parks and green spaces in the vicinity, perfect for a morning jog or an afternoon picnic. And with easy access to public transportation, it's easy to explore other parts of the city from our central location.
